Pros

Great co-workers, fun atmosphere, free movies, flexible scheduling. Great for students or people looking for one or two extra shifts for supplemental income. NOT for anyone looking for steady employment.

Cons

Absolutely no chance for advancement, unless you are willing to re-locate to a different state. Poor Management, and company treats employees very badly. Raises are a joke, after working there for 3 years I had a total raise of .405 cents (yes half a cent) and I had the highest out of all my co-workers. I also found myself being asked by senior management to do the work of my superiors without the pay raise or new title.

Pros

free movies, and meeting some good people

Cons

The biggest con of all is not getting pay raise, you can work there forever and still make the same amount as the next 16 year old that gets hired. There is alot of favoritism at this job, as well as little appreciation for doing a good job. There is no incentive to do anything other than the bare minimum.
