Pros

Works well with school Co-workers become like a second family Opportunities to move up are common (as an employee) Free movies

Cons

Pay raises are extremely rare and small (.45 raise after 3 years) Too many strict rules and regulations make it difficult to do your job to the fullest Employees (and management) feel unappreciated by top management Rules and policies change on a monthly basis, making it hard and stressful to keep up Hefty consequences if every rule is not followed to a tee Not given enough payroll to work with, effectively Blatantly obvious every new policy, rule, and regulation is to increase revenue - never to improve work conditions. Very late nights Not enough individual attention and policy modifications for each individual theatre
