Pros

It's a decent first job as a high schooler/early college student Free movies Get experience! Friendly coworkers (at my establishment anyway) Did I mention - free movies?

Cons

Company is very conservative Standing in box office for 10 hours, because "sitting is unprofessional" Not many incentives, and what incentives there are take too much effort to get and thus are rendered worthless Customers who complain about the price of a movie Lazy managers
