Pay was not as high as I wanted it to be but it was a minimum wage job. Hours were random and could end at midnight.

The hours are really hard for every position. Since the busiest times are evenings and weekends, be prepared to stay very late. Since the average age of floor staff and managers is pretty young, most of them are still in school and the hours make keeping up with grades and an outside social life difficult. Also, raises and promotions are few and far between.
