Pros

It is really good because you get to see free movies if you work there and meet lots of great employees.

Cons

It was sort of boring at times to stand at the ticket counter and rip tickets. Also, the training videos are cheesy.

Pros

Free movies Flexible hours if you're not management A lot of chances to get shifts when it's busy Discounted concessions while on your break

Cons

No opportunity for real wage increase. I've worked there 4 years and make 10 an hour, while someone who has worked there 9 years makes 10.30 an hour. Limited full time positions. If business is slow, expect no hours. Favoritism towards poor workers.
