Pros

It's a very fun atmosphere, strong sense of camaraderie, Most managers are respectful, Free movie tickets, Cast members and managers are very helpful and welcoming to new hires.

Cons

HR runs everything, HR policies cause paranoia among management when it comes to spending time with co-workers and subordinates outside of work, Corporate policies create some inefficiencies, More concerned with how many write-ups one has as opposed to competence or dedication when considering promotions

cleanng, late nights, most shfts during weekend, too much gossip, can get very fast-paced

i liked working for regal for most of the people and the free movies. The benefits were good, and pay was decent

management can be strict, and will often tell us to break our own policies
