Pros

People, co-workers and certain managers, at my job are great. The assistant managers are really helpful and nice, they make doing my job easy and I have a good relationship with them.

Cons

Pay isn't good at all, the hours are a pain (which include holidays - which are very hard to get off), the overall management isn't terribly helpful and makes the job more difficult than it needs to be. Prices are too high, and as a result make the job hard to cope with as a result of daily customer interaction and unfair profit margin:pay ratio.

Pros

Regal can be a fun place to work. Not to mention that you get to see and recieve free movies, popcorn, and drinks.

Cons

Regal does not treat their employees well. i worked there for 4 years and did not recieve more than a two doller raise over the 4 years at this company and that was even after i was promoted to assistant manager.
