Pros

Hours are flexible. Good for students. Some of the people I worked with I am still in contact with to this day. Most people, however, I would be grateful to never see again. It was a decent crash course on human behavior though, and I learned a lot of soft skills. I learned them the hard way, but I did learn them.

Cons

Where do I start? Low pay, micro-management, the feeling of constantly being watched by auditors/corporate office via cameras in every room. Insane turnover, drama and HR issues like you wouldn't believe, impossible standards from a 400 page manual that you are expected to memorize, employees constantly missing their shifts, employees barely doing any work, mean and aggressive customers, and I could go on.
