Pros

Flexible hours Paid holidays Remote

Cons

No incentive for company loyalty. They reward new comers by paying significantly more for new hires and do not salary adjust for current employees. Since raises and bonuses are percentage based, this compounds MAJORLY over time. New leadership doesn’t seem to understand the industry or what they are trying to accomplish. Changing so much stuff to see what sticks but really just wasting time without thinking what will be effected by the change.

Pros

Not a very difficult workload. Pay was fine for what it was. To me, it felt like the managers cared for their employees.

Cons

Often understaffed / under trained, night shift could go pretty late. During slow seasons, hours were very inconsistent.
