Pros

working at the movie theater is a lot of fun, when you have really nice co-workers. Management depends by theater, i’ve had really great managers and not so great managers; higher management above the theater definitely has theater favorites so sometimes it sucks but for the most part, it wont affect you. Great job especially for first jobs

Cons

Only thing that really sucks that slow seasons are, SLOWWWW seasons, i’m talking maybe one - four hour shift for the entire week and that’s pretty difficult to live off of.
