Pros

Better than average salary. Good PTO.

Cons

Senior Management is fearful, ineffective and ill-equipped for their roles. Every senior leader comes from questionable backgrounds either in lack of experience or meaningful past success. Absolutely do not practice what they preach. Discuss "safe environment", "no retaliation", "do well, by doing good". All meaningless slogans. HR is there going through the motions. Retaliation is common. People are afraid to offer honest assessments. DO NOT tell management anything other than everything is great and they're the best. As company has grown, every meaningful benefit has gotten worse. Equity grants have shrunk to the point that it really isn't a retention tool, particularly with the deep decline in value due to mismanagement of their ophthalmology and oncology franchises. Company would be in dire straits without Dupixent franchise, which has likely peaked.

Pros

Innovative science and diversified portfolio

Cons

Commercial ops, outdated tech, time cards, legal and compliance leave zero room for innovation, fleet is biggest mess I’ve ever seen, lack luster incentive plans and merit increases, no opportunities for remote work so talent is homogenous and limited to east coast

Pros

High-Impact Mission: You genuinely feel like you are making a difference in patients' lives every day. Intellectual Challenge: The work is rigorous and stimulating; you are surrounded by smart people solving complex problems.

Cons

Evolving Culture: While the company is innovative, there are some pockets of "legacy" culture and processes that can feel slow or old-school
