As a bps my job was very stressful due to management's unrealistic expectations. They dont care how short staffed you are you're expected to do the same amount of work. Leads are under staffed and the toxic relationship between mgt and "reta*ds" on the floor is so bad. (Yes a mgr called people on the floor that name) no apology no acknowledgement from mgt. Basically your only as good as your last mistake despite what crazy amounts of great work you have done. Promotions handed out to friends of leads and supervisors and the good workers always overlooked. Where do I begin with blame culture....1. Cameras ran back for anything they can find to blame for a mistake. 2. The victims are hauled into very intimidating meetings and then this process is dragged out for weeks to stress people out. 3. Punishment. they tell you it only stays on your record for 6 months - not true it's brought up in every 30/30 for the next year as to why you won't be getting anything in end of yr despite the mistake being a full yr previous. Horrible nasty atmosphere to work in. Never again. Be warned.
