Pros

Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Culture changed so much in the past two years since Dr. Watson took over that it isn’t the same place. New hires are incompetent and can’t support the districts. Micromanagement to an extreme.

Pros

The salary is fair, competitive wages

Cons

Fairly new Executive Director, Rodney Watson. Heavy Level of Nepotism. If you have an affiliation with Rodney Watson, or if you’re from Spring ISD, you’ll do great. If not, be cautious. It’s an at-will company, so they don’t need a reason to let you go.

Pros

Good benefits that add to value of salary

Cons

Definitely matters if you are part of the hires from Spring ISD. They are their own clique.
