Pros

If you perform well you feel acknowledged and heard. Pay is decent but you can work your tail off and be highest rank with a terrible raise

Cons

Terrible raises for highest ranked employees Bonuses have gone down hill since the change in upper management. Too many changes with NO clarification. Long time employees with a great track record hate their job!!

None maybe the weekends off .

Cons

Grumpy, pissy management , forced to do 80% collection work even if your title has nothing to do with collections. Weak pay and even weaker bonus structure. don’t recommend it to anyone.
