      Regions truly is a great place to work. I feel supported by both leadership and my teammates, encouraged to collaborate and grow professionally, and trusted to do my job well. I also appreciate the company's respect for work-life balance. The culture is positive, the benefits are solid, and it feels good to work for a company that genuinely cares about and invests in its people and the communities it serves.

      Great team to work with. Opportunity to grow and learn across marketing channels. Collaborative teams.

      Cons

      Changing leadership led to the department having a lot of turnover. Corporate hierarchy and red tape led to a lot of delays in campaigns and creative getting approved in a timely manner.
