Pros

A lot of training and get a lot of experience.

Cons

Certain leadership are difficult. Love the VP. Heavy workload. Must bill for every minute of day. Insurance and vacation time are not competitive.

Pros

Overall, this is a great company to work for! The communication with your project manager couldn't be better. They offer many educational opportunities, as well. They are extremely flexible with hours and always have more work, if desired.

Cons

I have not yet experienced any cons.

Pros

they have flexible hours which is great for a busy schedule, the communication with management is very easy, and everyone I have worked with is so helpful

Cons

lower base pay than other companies, some of the applications used are very old so freezes constantly, They did not give out a raise this year
