      Pros

      Great management and admin staff, as well as the staff at locations in which they serve. Fair pay, easy to learn EMR.

      Cons

      Hourly pay, thus if a patient cancels or is unable to be seen, you do not get paid and can limit your weekly number of hours.

      Pros

      Rehab1 team is supportive, fun, and patient centered/focused. I enjoy being able to openly communicate with my direct supervisors. It is often shared with me that the work I do is appreciated and important.

      Cons

      I don't have a con at this point in my work place environment.

      Pros

      Rehab1 takes the time to make sure that you are the right fit for their company and that they are the right fit for you. They strive to improve the outcomes of their patients and want to see you succeed all while exemplifying a strong understanding of work/life balance.

      Cons

      Working in our field can be challenging but this is completely outweighed by the feeling of purpose that comes with working with our patients.
