Pros

Employee Centric Work Culture that reassures the company's first priority is YOU. (you're not just a number) Excellent Benefits. Strong Leadership with endless knowledge Established Work Culture and values the company models to be Friendly co-worker environment with many opportunities for out of work activities (book club, Softball, etc)

Cons

I think the only con would be we are a small company, but that isn't necessarily a con. If anything its a positive because I had the chance to be apart of a company while its still in its infancy in the grand scheme.

The recruitment and interview process was a pleasure to go through. Everyone at the company is very friendly and welcoming. The mission and the work of the company is also very interesting, and there is a lot of latitude to pursue the path that you want within RGi.
