Pros

The people - we truly have such a great group of people here! Company is growing, it's exciting to be a part of that. Lot's of new opportunities ahead! Management fully supports all kinds of fun activities for employees - softball team, happy hours, game nights, move nights - if you have an idea they would love to hear it! Tuesday lunch and Friday breakfast provided, as well as a kitchen full of snacks and drinks Hybrid work environment

Cons

Government contracting can have it's ebbs and flows but RGi does a great job minimizing any impacts.

Pros

Small business doing innovative technology and SW solutions making an impact in National Security; we do fun things and take care of employees. Some examples of why RGi is a great place to work: we have a culture of employees helping each other, RGi leadership works hard to help move employees to other projects when they want, at the beginning of the pandemic RGi gave every employee some money to spend as they wanted to help set up a home office, all employees just received a company hoodie shipped to their house. The little things add up and differentiate us from other companies.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons; RGi is a great company

Pros

Small business with a start-up feel but not so much as to make you roll your eyes (being over 30 is ok here) Lots of room for growth Motivation is rewarded Interesting projects to work on, many opportunities to learn new technologies Free drinks and snacks with breakfast provided on Fridays and lunch on Wednesdays (COVID permitting) -- fantastic coffee Pivoting to remote work after COVID hit was handled really well, with home office stipends and so on Very approachable upper management, hierarchy feels much flatter than a larger organization, advice and criticism is welcomed and sought after "Office politics" is very limited Fantastic deli sandwich shop in the building

Cons

The sensors on the double doors leading into the building don't always work and I actually have to pull the door open myself...sigh
