      Pros

      Seems to be growing rapidly since we became Rekor. Everyone has stock incentives and everyone is ready for the next stage of Rekor.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of business being developed, hard to understand what new contract we need to prepare for tomorrow.

      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Has a unlimited PTO, work from home allowed full time. Even still, I wouldn't recommend working here. If you're reading this pending a job offer, keep looking.

      Cons

      Definitely a sinking ship. Revenue generation is negative and has been since it's founding. Extremely high turn over and zero loyalty to employees.
