      Large growing company, fast paced environment, decent salary and benefits. diverse culture. ok work life balance. matching 401k. luxury portfolio is top notch

      No value placed on employees. poor communication within the organization. Cooperate greed drives this ship. Many hardworking and loyal employees laid off as company continues to grow. Fear based management

      Pros

      I worked for Related Management for 3 years. Looks great on the resume if you want to work in real estate (but that might change as this company's reputation in the industry slides downward).

      Cons

      Loyal employees who worked for the company for years and gave their all were laid off suddenly, with no thought as to how the departments would function without those people, and then once they realized their mistake they tried to hire some of them back. Poor leadership, does not value employees at all, no growth opportunities as they do not promote from within.
