In my experience the people in charge had very little knowledge of the actual condition of the properties and were without professional people skills. The upper management had a tendency to keep to themselves and provide information to persons in their own little clicks; Yes, just like high school. There was no hands on training, no feedback. Job expectations were non-existent and self promotion was in full swing. Corporate doesn't recognize a job well done but protects their own.

There was alot of unprofessionalism that went on behind closed doors. The pay was not great either and it was due to favoritism.
