      Pros

      Enjoyed working with some of the resident managers and other departments like Finance and Accounts payable.

      Cons

      HR truly DOES NOT care about employees, they do not dedicate time to employees and attempt to fire employees before there are Unionized. I should know, I worked in HR! Talented HR that care about their employees will not stay at this company - they know their worth. Expect to work long hours and weekends whether corporate or non-corporate position. No Life Balance!

      You’ll have decent exposure depending on your group and you will learn a lot about the business

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. They expect you to be available at any hour, weekends included. Limited mobility, but they want you to think there are opportunities. Pay has suffered after covid while more work is being requested. They really don’t care about their talent. They will abuse your willingness to learn and work hard because they think the Related name is glorified. At the end of the day, you are replaceable.

      You will get mileage on your resume if you can stomach it for a few years but that time will take years off your life

      Cons

      Money hungry corporate employees with cutthroat attitudes. No teamwork, no respect, no time for conversation, everyone out for themselves and running around like devil himself chasing them. The worst working culture ever. Do not believe any of the lies or hype from recruiters or HR. If you died at work, they would step over your corpse and keep working on their deals. Corruption and greed at all levels.
