Lot's of turnover and staff changes. Every six months its a new operation. . Those up top make a lot of money, those in the middle or below make pennies. Corporate structure!

Wonderful benefits and amazing people here at Related! The medical insurance cannot be beaten. The people are friendly and ready to assist whenever you need help.

Cons

Some of the systems used are not as efficient as they could be. Managers are given so many tasks that it is a struggle to remain on top of things.
