Pros
It was the Edge at Hudson Yards. Beautiful building, amazing views 100 stories up, your colleagues(other ambassadors) are some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Pay is great if you're willing to handle abuse and high turnover rate.
Cons
If you wanted to know what it's like to work for "Big Brother" then work here. Every day you are reminded that you are on camera and every day they will scroll through footage to find you doing something wrong. If management says they have your back and will vouch for you, it's a lie. They will use what you say to them against you and report it to higher managers who don't even know your name. They are brick walls when it comes to criticism and won't care what you say to them to try and improve the business. It's "just the way it is" they'll say and "if you don't like it then don't work here) rather than trying to change something for the better.
