Pros
Everyone is very friendly and eager to teach you what you don't know yet. They also give you lots of time to learn before they officially send you off on your own.
Cons
A lot of standing and sometimes it's very hot or very cold when placed outside. It can also get a little stressful when rush hour comes/Sunset time but they are willing to send someone to hel0 you out if you're struggling!
