-The company has great ideas and philosophies, truly, the stability of any company is its management and supervisors. -Large and growing profolio

Cons

company grew too big too fast and need a closer look at all areas of roles to services. Not competitive - salaries are not competitive to the industry. Much lower in most cases and most positions. Need better career growth opportunities. The quality of the physical product (apartment interiors and finishes) are not up to par with the competition but plans to renovate and upgrade are at minimal.
