Business Outlook
Pros
Great schedule, vacation time, and sick time. We had awesome clients, and I met a lot of wonderful people. The company has a whole really care about their employees.
Cons
Money could be better, and the benefits definitely could have been better .it would have been nice to have the option of a PPO instead of just high deductible no prescription plan. I feel the training could have been better. They had good ideas but just not enough time to get all the training in and get people up to par where they needed to be to do the job correctly
