Everything else…. Poor pay, high employee turnover, low staff retention and prospects, embarrassingly poor benefits (especially for an insurance company!), very low- if any- annual raises company wide (even though you spend MONTHS doing mandatory extra work for your annual performance review), no gifts, bonuses or employee appreciation (unless it has a company logo on it), all remote work is a fight with MGMT who want you in the office daily so they can WFH, and lastly…. Everyone is overworked, burnt out and working overtime daily to stay afloat with no relief in sight. All for a company who is just in a rush to sell again, hence, the lack of productive hiring.

Leadership lacks experience, is disingenuous, out of touch & all talk. Very small raises for existing employees. You have to move out to move up. This company does not value their current team members. The entire vision has been overhauled since Ed & Joe's departure. Leadership is NOT on the same page and is looking to make a hasty sale. This company no longer walks their talk and the no a**hole policy is no longer in place.
