Management gets involved just enough to let you know they are there if/when you need anything. They keep tabs on how work is going and what they can provide to help you keep balance in your life. HR is always happy to go above and beyond answering questions and getting employees sorted out. Leadership clearly wants the environment to be a positive one where people work hard but they set an example with providing resources for employees to feel supported. In 20+ years working as a professional, I don't think I have had people pay such close attention to me in the little things. It is refreshing. And leadership is extremely approachable.

Relative Dynamics is a small business with a people-first mentality. The company takes bold action to compete with the big aerospace companies yet has not lost the connection to the engineering and technology staff. The company is evolving and improving corporate infrastructure and while there are growing pains, the leadership is always willing to make the best decisions for the betterment of the team. It’s a great place to work!
