Pros

There are a lot of passionate experts in the company. They truly enjoy their work and focus on client success. If you are in the right department you can become part of the forward momentum. The future looks bright.

Cons

Some newer employees struggle to feel part of the company unless they land in a department where they are embraced and become part of the culture. There are managers who have the title that clearly don't know what it is to be a leader. If you are not fortunate enough to land in the collaborative environment, you may struggle with isolation and even find yourself not moving forward in your career.

Cons

Leadership has lost their own values, RTO was completely unwarranted, DEI initiatives have diminished, core values are a joke, below average pay. On-call also sucks.
