-Company has gone downhill since moving to a new office & still having to pay for the vacant old one. Made this expensive choice instead of alternating in office days and changed requirements without input from employees.
-WFH-hybrid schedule is becoming more strict and seems to be moving towards in full-time in office depending on your role.
- Very apparent we are restructuring but they wont say it out loud. After our team condensed we were expected to absorb their responsibilities without pay & were considered non-performing (& ineligible for promised bonuses/promotions) when someone dares to speak up about the workload shift.
- Compensation structure is far under-market, but jobs are somewhat stable in a world full of tech layoffs, so people have accepted this and leadership has taken advantage of it.
