ReliaQuest provides great room for growth in your career, opportunities are endless if you go after them. You will be trusted to do your job and learn on the fly without constant micromanaging. The people I've worked with are great and very hardworking. The product is cutting edge in the cybersecurity field. Benefits are very competitive as well, with unlimited PTO and great insurance coverage.

Cons

Not necessarily a con based on what you're looking for but it is in office 100% of the time.

The central issue was poor cross-team communication that repeatedly disrupted execution. Important decisions were made without being clearly cascaded to everyone impacted. Teams often discovered changes after work was already underway, forcing unnecessary rework. Meetings were frequent, but alignment was inconsistent and documentation lacked clarity. Instead of a coordinated structure, communication felt fragmented and reactive. The ongoing disconnect created frustration and showed progress more than any technical challenge ever did.
