Best benifits in the steel industry, awesome 401k match. And decent pay. Great hours with overtime. Lots of pto and sick pay.

Cons

Management did not work on saftey as much as they should. Way to many injuries. Work quotas a little over board.

Large company benefits, each division keeps its own culture. Opportunity for advancement expands greatly when relocation is an option. Strong safety culture which is very important in this industry

Cons

Company wide computer implementation is not being handled correctly. Too much turnover in IT leadership.
