      Everyone is like a family. You also form relationships with the residents

      Cons

      No one works together for the benefit of the company as a whole. The communication between staff is very poor.

      Pros

      PTO after 6 months, you get health, dental, vision, 401K, liked some of the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Inept management at the top, heavy turnover, expect too much in terms of workload and supervisor gives certain people less duties as apposed to those over at the main office and does not care to address the fact that the staff is overwhelmed and has said something about it. If someone at the top is rude or mean supervisor will not stick up for you will tell you to ignore it.

      Will hire ANYONE. Rehire people that was fired, on drugs, that just quit and came back

      Don't pay much at all and will work you to death
