Pros
PTO after 6 months, you get health, dental, vision, 401K, liked some of the people I worked with.
Cons
Inept management at the top, heavy turnover, expect too much in terms of workload and supervisor gives certain people less duties as apposed to those over at the main office and does not care to address the fact that the staff is overwhelmed and has said something about it. If someone at the top is rude or mean supervisor will not stick up for you will tell you to ignore it.
