      Fair starting wage and that's it.

      Cons

      No raises, unethical, don't listen to their employees. I was a full time COTA then they hired another full time COTA when it wasn't necessary and completely out of the blue so it forced us both to become part time all the regional manager said was figure it out. They have absolutely no respect for their employees or even care about their well being. Hard work does not pay off for this company. Stay away!!!

      Flexible schedule and competitive pay.

      Cons

      They have decreased our pay by 13% since they took over in 2011 and increased productivity to 90+%. There are also multiple unbillable duties each day to contend with. Basically they want us to do more work for less pay.

      Pros

      I'm giving it two stars because our previous boss actually cared about us and made our time enjoyable while working there.

      Cons

      You don't get raises here. You don't have yearly reviews. You don't get awarded for all your hard work in general to the point where you don't feel appreciated. If anything all upper management is the one who gets the raises instead of us... totally unfair.
