Pros

Best staff ever to work with in 35 years of my 37 in the industry

Cons

Reliant was more worried about the bottom line dollars than quality of care provided and broke up fantastic group of therapists for the bottom dollar- awful company to work for! Only worried about $ not patients

Pros

None thing positive to say about this company.

Cons

September 30th 2019 80% of employees got a conference call with regional director in Florida stating we were losing our jobs because of PDPM. Not true! Company it only looking out for itself and not employees who have gone above and beyond for Reliant and facility it’s located in. After we worked our scheduled day we were given the bad news and were offered 2 weeks pay only. Now I have no insurance but was offered COBRA which is $500 a month and I can’t afford. I will never recommend anyone work for Reliant because they don’t care about the long term devoted employees or the patients. They are just looking at numbers. Other rehab companies are putting patients first and not following PDPM and keeping employees and what is best for patients.

Pros

There are no pros to working for the company.

Cons

I was hired as a full time PTA and was given full time work for the first 4 days I worked for the company and was forced to quit because after the 4th day, I was not receiving full time work. I contacted HR, two regional directors, four DOR's for the facilities in the area, and even the recruiter. I was given the run around by 14 people I contacted. I put in my two weeks resignation to everyone I had contact with and not one responded.
