Pros

The best thing about working for reliant is the PTO. The company is large and have openings all over so it would be easy to relocate.

Cons

12 percent pay cut in 2 years, and the company tells everyone in the conference call that if they go ahead a quit, that's fine. We are to large and growing. If you don't work for us now, it's only a matter of time.

It took numerous emails and phone calls to get my pay that was overdue by almost 2 months. When I was finally paid, they shorted my check by 1.5 hours and cut my pay rate.

Pros

Don't have to clock in and out on time clock. Has PTO if you're able to take it. Has401K but they don't contribute. Like my building and coworkers .

Cons

Never get wage increases. but get wage cuts . The PTA I work with who has worked for company 5 years has gotten 4 wage cuts . No raises. Already pay less than other rehab companies. Have PTO but difficult getting to take it. Have to find own coverage. Constantly harping on productivity and numbers. Do everything RehabCare got in trouble with. Medicare for and more. Always taking more contracts and can't pay staff so cut your wages.
