Pros

Country team was amazing and CD was proactice and strong enough to push for our field strategy and ideas rather than just sit and wait what HQ says

Cons

With time HQ made mpre pressure to create strategies and imposed more reports and tools to be done which sometimes can affect field implementation. Also, overhead costs were being increased without teansparent and clear justifications, which can be a bit difficult for field teams to accept
