Pros

The company offers decent pay with a good benefits package including profit sharing. The hours are very reliably 40+ almost every week. This company is very consistent and predictable. They offer new vans to all service techs and lots of education opportunities. Service managers are mostly patient with people who are learning the trade and will teach new guys.

Cons

Management have all come up from the field which is mostly a good thing, but it seems that nobody in the office has any real leadership experience. Prepare to feel like a cog in the wheel at times and to be left out of the loop on the doings of the company. Educational opportunities can often be unhelpful even when they have good intentions. There are large gaps in what is taught in a formal setting. Upward mobility is very limited and often feels unattainable.
