      Good to great base pay, plenty of OT available. 50 percent match up to 6 percent on 401K Average to above average benefits Valuable ESOP FLEXIBLE, most managers willing to work with you on a day to day basis when life happens. Nearly no schedule built in stone, can be manipulated to fit what’s best for you and the company. A growing shift to invest in training and individual technician development and recognition/retention Easy pathways to discussions with upper /senior management in formal and informal practices. They are just a call or text or email away. -tool assistance program/tool replacement

      Cons

      An at times rigorous on-call schedule, based on man power. At times workmanship can be overlooked for the “get it done yesterday” mentality. Not many opportunities for advancement or roles in which additional responsibilities can be earned. 1.5 hours a day deducted unless first stop/last stop is within 15 minutes of starting point. -only a few of the major trade tools are provided
