The firing of 45 hard working employees. Actual be upfront with your employees about highs and the lows that the company is actually going through.

- Great working culture - Friendly co-workers - Growing fast - Senior management very amenable to feedback - Work/life balance generally better than at other firms

Cons

- As with any fledgling company, there are some growing pains associated, largely, with administrative issues, but nothing overly concerning

Pros

Great team and culture. At Remine you are always learning and things are constantly changing. I have learned more in the past year than I have in my entire career as you are forced to take ownership to figure things out. If you love being challenged, this is the place for you.

Cons

We are definitely past paced which is not for everyone. You need to be able to roll with the punches in order to succeed here.
