It's remote work, which is nice.

Cons

The management always has ridiculous and unreasonable demands. Employees are expected to work on an unreasonable amount of workload and will receive verbal abuse if they fail to do so. Moreover, the managers are too narcissistic to think that they have faults, so they continue their terrible leadership style, which makes employees eventually quit.
