I started as a program specialist in a brand-new line of business and eventually transitioned into a global team. Of course, like any growing global company, there’s always room to improve. One area I’d love to see evolve is how we connect globally. While we’re in a digital-first world, I think there’s real value in creating more opportunities for face-to-face interactions, whether that’s through team summits, cultural exchanges, or in-person collaboration across regions. Meeting and understanding our teammates from different parts of the world would only strengthen our teamwork and deepen our shared culture.
