      Cons

      Long hours, graveyard shift, management is terrible. A general feeling that the company is always improvising and making terrible human resources decisions.

      They have a good arrangement of job roles. Nice management supports.

      They are returning to WOS. Some employees are so noisy they are disturbing other people's focus on work.
