Nice view of the train station

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Broken promises. Darkest pits of depression. I've never had a worse job, never seen a place more poorly run. Flip flopping constantly with every decision and somehow always picking the worst one. Every day that I came to work my mental health would take another hit. I would not recommend coming to Remitly to anyone. A truly awful experience.

Great culture, collaborative, execution focused, great product, excellent CEO. Overall good company.

Cons

Document heavy culture. Takes Amazon principles to the extreme at times. Got really tired of seeing endless heavy handed comments poking holes in everything. Not constructive and can be frustrating.
