Good place to work with a lot of benefits, We were valued and understood. They put all their resources to contribute with our personal and professional growth

Cons

Some management people were not living the companies values and we felt very frustrated because they created some rules and processes that became a toxic environment.

Company is committed to trying to to live it's values. Commitment to its audience. Excellent benefits and unlimited vacation

Cons

Uneven skillset across marketing management. Company value of "constructive directness" creates an environment of collegial distrust. Caught between being a start-up and a grown company, growing pains create a lot of churn.
