      Truly values led and mission driven organization out to improve the world Maniacal focus on the customer Global - I work with awesome people all over the world The people I work with are truly awesome human beings and so supportive of each other and the mission Long term strategy with patient leaders focused on long term value creation Founder led

      Not a true con but a reality - It is a start up moving and growing very fast and there is a lot to improve and do - this means prioritizing your work is critical and you will need to work hard - building great things is not easy so be prepared to work hard. Sometimes we are probably too nice and could push on performance more.
