Pros
- Opportunity in every sense of the word. Growth, development, work colleagues are super talented, progression and support. The team is fantastic and in the last year there has been a huge shift in how we work, the support and the resources and leadership who have been hired is really the best in the business. Just look at the public announcements. I really enjoy what I do and I'm supported to do it.
Cons
Still in rapid growth phase but even at that with the whole restructuring and support I've mentioned it's becoming seamless.
